Celebrating Theresa’s Leadership and Lasting Impact
After four years of dedicated leadership, our CEO, Theresa Radwell, will be retiring later this fall. We are deeply grateful for her vision, compassion, and commitment, which have strengthened our organization, fostered meaningful community partnerships, and advanced the development of the Pestell Centre for Compassionate Care.
As we prepare for the groundbreaking of our new centre, we remain firmly focused on our mission and excited about the future. With a strong team, dedicated volunteers, committed partners, and an engaged Board of Directors, we are well positioned to build on the momentum Theresa has helped create.

Bow Valley Palliative is proud to share our 2024–2025 Impact Report, presenting a reflection of another year supporting individuals and families across the Bow Valley with compassion, dignity, and community-centered care. This year’s report highlights the continued growth of our programs, the dedicated work of our volunteers, and the responsible stewardship of the financial resources entrusted to us. We are so grateful to the commitment of our volunteers, donors, supporters, and team who have made this work possible.
