Session 2 – The Losses We Do Not Name is a facilitated presentation exploring non-death losses, such as changes in relationships, health, identity, roles, abilities, dreams, or a sense of belonging. These losses can be deeply significant yet are often overlooked or difficult to name. Through reflection, conversation, and shared understanding, participants will have an opportunity to recognize these experiences, explore their impact, and consider ways of acknowledging and moving through them.
